Key Account Manager_Radiology 

 

JOB PURPOSE:

Bayer’s The Solution Provider in Radiology. This direction advances a shared philosophy to fulfill our purpose while creating a new, differentiated presence in the imaging market. While our innovative products have created both clinical and financial value, our customer engagement approach has evolved to become the main difference-maker regarding innovation and competitiveness. This initiative will explore the cocreation of value with customers who need more from their industry partners, potentially creating new, customized ways of creating value for both customers and Bayer. This role is responsible for the radiology business (consisting of contrast media, medical devices, and workflow solutions) in Singapore's assigned accounts and Brunei. Fully accountable for developing and executing customized sales strategies, growing our strategic relationship with key healthcare accounts, building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. This includes managing local/national tenders and funnel opportunities in the assigned territory. Executing scientific activities, driving solution strategies in the short, mid, and long term to achieve set business outcomes.

 

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet and exceed sales targets (profitable and sustainable growth) and performance metrics in the radiology business. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with the aim to develop strong customer segmentation and stakeholder mapping matrix for resources planning.Develop and execute customized strategic sales plan and business models to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including referral physician and strategic decision makers at the cluster, ALPS GPO and hospital levels.Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cross-selling, up-selling and win over competition) Negotiate and close complex sales agreements contracts.Collaborate cross-functional teams to bridge the right expertise in regional APAC to form customer squad to deliver to address customer's needs and deliver customer solutions. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance - Provide customer feedback and insights to internal teams. Stay up to date on industry developments and competitor activity in Key Tasks: the radiology space. Mentor and coach team members to achieve sales excellence and develop their skills - Record sales calls with outcome updates in the RAD CRM platform. Plan and execute tender management, pre-sales and post-sales activities including product presentation, product demonstration, facilitate operational training for customers, e-detailing scientific publication on contrast media.Drive and plan effectively on all scientific and marketing activities (local or regional) in assigned territory, as well as congresses participation - Being the lead on RAD CRM software to maintain customer master database with collaboration of the team members - Key representative presence in attending the monthly demand review and responsible for consolidated country forecasting. Ensure regularly update on training and compliance requirements.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's or Degree in Business, or Sales and Marketing-related field Minimum 5 years of working experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on key account management Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts. Knowledge of the medical devices, pharmaceutical, and healthcare IT solutions in the radiology ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and be a collaborative team player .Ability to analyze complex sales and develop strategic sales plans .Experience with CRM software.
