We are looking for someone young and dynamic with strong admin skills and people skills with a marketing flair or background
Duties & Responsibilities
They would be mainly involved in developing corporate relationships Induction Sessions and client meetings
Role will be to develop our corporate client relationships and to ensure we meet all contractual obligations in terms of the corporate contract
Implementation Meetings and Feedback Meetings
Ability to coordinate training and book trainers
Attend Wellness Days and Events
Marketing material &ndash sending monthly packs and onsite mailers following up with all clients to confirm that they will share this
Basic Utilisation Stats &ndash One pager but looking at what we can do to increase calls and activity
Working with Coaches on implementing and improving marketing to their base
Organising of Events and assisting with Training Coordination
Prep for Business Meetings
Training / Induction Presentations 30 minute sessions to new staff at companies
Attendance at wellness days
Being the link between Business Support and Marketing and Clients
Requirements
4 to 5 years corporate client relationship management/ key account management
Matric
Financial Services qualification would be advantageous
Must be well spoken and presentable
Good verbal and presentation skills
Must be able to perform group meetings and presentations
Remuneration Market related
