The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Sweden. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our customers, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer value.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, science, engineering).Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or advanced materials.Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into business solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven record of managing budgets and projectsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, thrilled to go the extra mile to succeedA passion for delivering high-quality customer service and building long-term partnerships.Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenWillingness to travel and valid driving licence

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts across Sweden. Driven to expand your internal and external network constantly.Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Drive sales and revenue growth within your assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to contribute to the development of business strategies and product offerings.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Avantor in the Swedish market.
