About the Role:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a pivotal member of the sales team, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key corporate clients in the residential real estate sector. This role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, addressing critical issues, supporting product adoption, and driving revenue opportunities. Additionally, the KAM will provide direct day-to-day support to the APAC Director of Enterprise by attending meetings, managing actions, and ensuring follow-through to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations, updates, and alignment on priorities.Facilitate regular phone calls and up to 15 meetings weekly, covering:Support escalationsIntegration updates and troubleshootingFinancial queries and reconciliationsDevelopment brainstorming sessionsQuarterly/Monthly Account Update Meetings2. Support to APAC Director of Enterprise
Attend internal and external meetings with or on behalf of the APAC Director of Enterprise.Take detailed notes, document key actions, and circulate follow-up tasks to relevant stakeholders.Proactively track action items, ensure stakeholders complete tasks, and provide regular status updates.Act as a liaison between the Director and other teams, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through on priorities.Attend corporate events3. Account Growth and Retention
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through user license expansions, product upgrades, and integrations.Where required audit user licenses and prepare HubSpot quotes for adjustments, securing approvals efficiently.Ensure high-volume critical tasks such as agent transfers and license increases are passed onto the relevant teams with accuracy and urgency.4. Collaboration and Development Coordination
Work closely with internal teams, including Development, UX, and App Teams, to prioritize client needs and align sprints with corporate goals.Communicate client requirements effectively to ensure product enhancements meet customer expectations.Partner with support and technical teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.5. Reporting and Metrics
Monitor and report key metrics using tools like Pendo to track client engagement and software adoption.Provide detailed reporting on franchise development hours and performance progress to clients and leadership.Regularly update the APAC Director of Enterprise with progress on client initiatives, opportunities, and risks.Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Sales roles, ideally within SaaS or the real estate industry.Proven ability to support senior leadership with meeting coordination, action management, and stakeholder follow-through.Strong understanding of CRM software, client integrations, and real estate workflows.Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and other CRM platforms.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Leadership Support: Ability to manage tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure follow-through on behalf of senior leadership.Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.Sales Acumen: Drive account growth opportunities and retention strategies.Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and action items effectively.Collaboration: Coordinate across internal teams to align on goals and deliver results.Attention to Detail: Take accurate notes and track critical actions to completion.Benefits:
