Reference PE002977 Location Gauteng, East Rand Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client is currently looking to employ a Key Account Manager / Customer Liaison, to be based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. Technical background. Drivers’ license and own vehicle essential. Prepared to travel nationally, when required. Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Effectively manage client relationships and drive business success. Travel to meet clients such as architects, quantity surveyors re projects and market the company. Interact positively with clients, understanding their needs and building rapport. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring a win-win outcome. Identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly. Analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions and recommendations. Implement sales techniques and marketing strategies to promote products or services effectively. Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Provide excellent service and support to clients, addressing concerns and needs proactively. Develop long-term strategies for client engagement and account growth. Make use of relevant software and tools (like CRM systems) to track interactions and performance metrics. Budgeting and sales forecasting. Build and maintain a network of contacts that can provide insights or opportunities.
