Key Account Manager (Cordova)

**Description**
Cordova Safety Products, a leading company in the Bunzl Safety Division, is a supplier of personal protective equipment to all Industrial Distribution Channels throughout North America. The Key account Manager will be based in the Territory comprising Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois and will be responsible for the performance of all sales-related activities to drive growth and new business within a defined account mix while prospecting and closing new business at the same time.

**_Responsibilities:_**
+ Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts while prospecting and building business with new accounts.
+ Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Present new product offerings, identify growth areas for accounts, work on conversions, and additional help for your accounts to increase their business.
+ Account visits are required. This includes the planning and execution of setting up sales meeting and end user calls.
+ Handling all needs of your account from questions on conversion opportunities, stock levels, delivery information, credit questions, or anything needed for your account. A Customer Service Representative will be assigned to your accounts for assistance.
+ Implement and manage pricing strategies within all assigned accounts.
+ Attend sales meetings and all meetings required to fulfil the duties of a Territory Sales Representative.
+ Submit required reports accurately and on time.
+ Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**_Requirements:_**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
+ 3 to 5 years previous selling experience in industry specific (PPE) categories preferred
+ Required to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Requires positive customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and external contacts.
+ Analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Travel within the territory will be approximately 10 days a month
