You'll collaborate with executives from some of the largest companies in the market to enhance their employees' communication skills and help them achieve their strategic goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build a career in a multinational, rapidly growing, and innovative education company, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities within target accounts.Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, including needs analysis, value proposition definition, and negotiations with C-level stakeholders.Leverage your insight into the HR/L&D market to engage with large local and international companies.Craft and deliver compelling pitch presentations, showcasing how our services stand out from competitors.Skills & Experience we look forMinimum 5 years of experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes.Strong relational, influencing, and presence skills.Exceptional communication abilities.Passion for selling high-quality solutions that deliver real business impact.Mastery of Japanese and upper-intermediate English (min.
