What You Have:  

A chemical engineering background, with experience working within a manufacturing/industrial or (ideally) pulp & paper/water treatment environment
 Prior project management experience working in a customer facing role  
 Troubleshooting and solving complex technical problem Dynamic relationship management skills Experience in applying consultative sales processes
