Key Account Manager

As Key Account Manager, you'll be an excellent sales manager and to gain new business thereby increasing sales and profitability for PPG mid-tier key account and light industry team through the development of relationships, programs and creating a high profile for PPG within auto parts and cabinet industry customers.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent sales management for sales & PC growth and sustainable development.

Improve sales turnover & profit growth through visits and surveys of assigned main accounts to understand our client's strategy and operating model.

Develop annual sales targets, share gain targets and strategies for each main segments, guides the sales team and service distributors to expand market position and achieve sales target.

Maintain customer relationships at all levels, including procurement, technical, marketing and develop long-term customer development plan.

Review and lead the adjustment of the product portfolio solution for each project, to meet the latest VOC regulatory and profitability requirements.

Coordinate different department well within customer and company internally, and handling of complaints, multiple service support etc.

New business development, to gain new business in mid-tier auto parts and cabinet business.

Understand mid-tier auto parts and cabinet business and its trends, ability to identify potential opportunities and growth business from segment perspective.

Defines product/solution/digitalization/service-related competences and know-how requirements at the new key account.

After winning the project, coordinate all relevant departments of the company and distributors/service providers to ensure the project can be moved forward in an orderly manner.

Monitor competitors’ doing and interact with regional sales team or other related departments, figure out action plan to expand market share.

Qualifications

College or above degree.

2-3 years in Auto parts selling experience.

Capable to solve the problem of refinish paint spraying and color adjustment on site.

Collaboration and communication skills.
