Key Account Manager
Job Description

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading wholesale supplier to Holiday Parks throughout the UK is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Directors and working as part of a cross functional and dedicated team your responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This will include attending regular review meetings and full account administration.
- Monitoring of sales performances and produce/analyse and a broad range of reports and data.
- Identify further opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
- Identify and target new customers.
- Involvement in the customer tender process.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback.
- Involvement in the organising and attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Involvement with new product development including supplier relations.
- Involvement in a variety of company projects
- Monitoring of competitor activities.

Person requirements
- A minimum of 3 years` experience in a similar role is essential.
- Previous experience in similar role within a UK caravan manufacturer or UK Holiday Park would be advantageous.
- Be able to provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- Have a professional manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- The successful candidate will be organised with strong analytical skills and a particular attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and can demonstrate a good level of commercial awareness.
- Can build and nurture professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in negotiation.
- Be reliable with a proactive and positive approach, with a "can do" attitude.
- A proficient user of software applications including Microsoft Office, and willing/able to learn new software packages with ease.

This is a full time (39 hours per week) permanent, office-based position with the annual salary of £30,000+ (dependant on experience) in a great working environment.
