Key Account Manager – JRKAM

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager based in City of Cape Town. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, creating business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Company Description
The Company is a leading supplier of Food products to the FMCG sector based in Cape Town.

Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse market trends
• Proven experience in account management in the and building relationships with key clients FMCG industry in particular Shoprite and Checkers
• Experience in business planning and strategy development
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of key accounts and their specific needs
• Must be resident in Cape Town

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG Sales experience, preferably of which 2 years working as a Key Accounts Manager
• Experience in the FMCG industry in particular with Checkers and Shoprite systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own car and valid driver’s license

Remuneration: R 25 000 to R 40 000 per month
