The Role:

Look no further than this outstanding opportunity for a Key Account Manager at Baxter Healthcare to join our Welch Allyn Front-Line Care team based in VIC. The Welch Allyn product portfolio provides Connected Monitoring and Intelligent Diagnostic solutions globally, including a full range of patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, vision care and physical exam products.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work as an integral member of the team driving revenue growth and profitability across all assigned accounts, new and existing. In this role you will use your effective territory leadership skills to implement sales strategies through development of new business and maintaining existing business while improving market presence of our FLC product portfolio.
This role is a field-based role with an opportunity to work from home though most of the time (80%) is spent in client contact or ‘on the road’. Responsibilities:
Determine and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Baxter Healthcare Corporation's products to key accounts
Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the accounts
Build and implement account plans to meet sales targets and increase revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies
Provide outstanding customer service and support to key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Regularly update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date account information
Prepare sales reports and presentations to present to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical devices, capital or diagnostics sales is preferred
Tertiary degree in Business, Sales, Science or related fields preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence important individuals.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel as required.
