What to expect:

Swift is hiring a Key Account Manager for the North America Business Development team. This role will sit within New York City and provide a hybrid (2 days/week) work environment. An integral part of this effort is to find someone who has the passion and desire to drive deep engagement with our community. The individual will cover some of Swift's largest and most strategic clients.

This position reports to the Head of Key Clients and will work closely with their peer Key Account Managers. The individual will be focused on building client relationships, driving a vision around critical initiatives, and driving adoption throughout the portfolio.

In this role you will:Be your client’s trusted advisor on all core Swift topics. Lead the end-to-end relationship from pivotal initiatives, to day-to-day opportunities/projects, to partner concerns.Establish a focused and well-organized approach to run your portfolio using Salesforce.Represent Swift and promote products and services to grow our business by participating in regional conferences, forums and meetings (may require occasional travel).Identify customer needs and market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships with primarily large accounts and/or market infrastructures.Be the voice of your clients. Share market intelligence, customer feedback, product issues and other relevant information with internal partners. Drive change!Involved in core topics like – ISO 20022, gpi, client connectivity (APIs, Cloud applications, ERPs, etc.), correspondent banking, digital assets, CBDCs, etc.

What will make you successful?

University degree3-5 years’ experience in the payments/securities/FinTech ecosystemExperience with Swift or other transaction technology/software companiesPrior knowledge of banking and FinTechs

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in New York is $89,530 to $166,270 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
