Key Account Manager, LEGO® Certified Stores - France + **Location** Paris, France + **Job ID** 0000022221 + **Category** Sales, Marketing & Product Management **Job Description** We are looking for a LEGO Certified Stores (LCS) Key Account Manager to support the LCS development in the market. This is a significant role for the French market with a responsibility to develop the LCS network leading the retail operation and negotiation with the franchise partner. You will be part of an international and diverse team – apply today! ******There is no relocation support for this role****** **Core Responsibilities:** + LEGO Certified Store business development: + Define the store network development strategy for the market mapping out the opportunities to build Certified Stores considering the overall market potential, distribution points and LEGO Brand penetration + Business planning + Take ownership for the yearly business plans for each store and lead yearly business plan meetings with respective General Manager and Sales Leadership team, and store operator to establish shared expectations of business performance + LCS Operator management: + Build strong relationships with LEGO Certified Store operator as well as building strong relationships with key partners + LCS operation excellence: + Store opening excellence + Roll out and governance of the Store Operating Manual + Define assortment and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines + Training: + Organize store managers training to secure the store is operated according to LEGO® guidelines and expectations. + Implement Customer Satisfaction Tracking **Play your part in our team succeeding** The aim of the LEGO Certified Store strategy is to build the LEGO Brand, increase brand awareness, enhance partner performance, deliver exceptional customer service, expand the LEGO business quickly and efficiently while establishing consistency. LCS is one of the main drivers of growth in France and will be a high focus area for the future as well. A dedicated Key Account Manager is needed to develop the right expansion strategy, select and manage partners to implement the aligned strategy, and to ensure the LEGO retail experience across the high-quality branded store. The purpose of this position is to establish, implement and manage the account business plan in France while delivering the growth objective. **Do you have what it takes?** + Comprehensive understanding of the Retail sector and store operation + Proven track record of work experience in an existing Franchise system or Branded retail industry + Strong commercial skills and financial savvy + Ability to navigate in complex organization + Strong intercultural skills – you can communicate and collaborate with people from different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds + Peer-to-peer leadership + Innovator and creative problem solver with ability to work under pressure during seasonal picks + Happy to travel frequently mainly across France plus internationally (2x per year) + Fluency in French and English **\#li-ph** Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
