Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager for Modern Trade to oversee our sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role is critical to driving growth, increasing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure outstanding performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, for Modern Market . Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management What we are looking for Proven track record in the FMCG industry (at least 5+ years). Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities. Deep understanding of the local market, distribution channels, and customer behavior. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive decision-making. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong skills Power point & office backstage.
