We are looking for a KC Finance Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. Your Role You will manage payroll processing for 1,500 headcounts by overseeing and supervising the country's payroll functions (where software implementation is completed) in the Region, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with local rules and regulations. You will maintenance the records and distribution of payroll reports and withheld amounts if applicable and to help Payroll Manager in the Regional Finance Knowledge Centre Payroll department. Your Responsibilities You implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.You ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes in the renumeration package in SAGE 300 People (payroll system)You will prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.You identify and recommend updates to payroll procedures and drive automation/standardization processes.Distribution of monthly Payroll Process Reporting Timetable to all country finance managers in the regionYou update all headcount and FTE changes in SAGE 300 People payroll system.You will professionally manage SAGE 300 payroll system and relationship with SAGE and Business ConsultantRegister all new employees in WEBSS (employee leave module system) and responsible for management of leave days.Preparation of End of Service Agreements when requested.You will maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures and professional and technical knowledge.Resolving payroll inquiries in a professional mannerPrepare reports for upper regional/country management, finance department etc. when requested. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field, or with diploma in payrollMinimum 4+ years proven experience in multinational payroll.Fluent English, Arabic is a plus.Strong knowledge of Payroll practices, Labor Laws, standards, laws, and multination payroll tax regulationsExcellent communication, project management, coordination, and presentation skills with a hands-on mindsetIn-depth knowledge of analytics, Excel, and MS office toolsCommitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne+Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
