Junior Training Administrator

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and administrating training programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization and scheduling of training sessions Support the preparation of training materials and resources Help maintain training records and databases Provide logistical and technical support during training sessions Collect and compile feedback from training participants Perform general administrative tasks as neededThe Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and take on new challengesWillingness to work on an EMEA or Mid-shift scheduleWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
