As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll contribute to configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, working closely with a team of experienced professionals to deliver innovative solutions that improve workflows and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow environments, including creating business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
• Assist in building and maintaining the Service Catalog and Service Portal for a seamless user experience.
• Help integrate systems with ServiceNow using tools like web services and mid-server.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform basic bug fixes, and support platform maintenance under guidance.
• Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay curious and eager to learn new ServiceNow modules and best practices through training and mentorship.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow their skills. Some of the skills and experiences we’d love to see include:
• Experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts (e.g., Incident, Problem, or Change Management).
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
• A keen interest in learning and applying new technical skills.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
• Exposure to integrations using APIs, REST, or web services.
