D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for afull-time Junior Sales Representative-NEto join our team in our Sales Marketing department. The right candidate is in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in managing all aspects of the new home sales from contract to closing.Greet and qualify visitors.Demonstrate models homes, production homes, and available home sites.Must have good communication skills and be organized and efficient. Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contract to after closing.Assist the primary New Home Sales agent in generating sales from realtors and the local community with outreach programs.Develop a knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including plans, pricing, incentives, and amenities of all competitors.Proficiency with our CRM software and MS Office.Assist with recording daily customer traffic.Track progress of loan, options, and construction stages. Assist in maintaining all lot files/sales files.Assist with monitoring models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.Participate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programs.Attend weekly training and sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies.Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.Ability to work overtime.Salary Range $16.50 per hour plus an $800 bonus on all procured sales at closing– potential income can be $70,000 - $80,000 per year.D.R.
