Requirements:
High school qualification or equivalent. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or POS industry. Own vehicle required for travel purposes (Sales areas: East London, Port Elizabeth, George).  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is a plus. Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed and work occasional evenings or weekends. Previous Hospitality/Restaurant Experience is essential. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our POS systems. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Market Feedback: Gather and report market and customer feedback to the sales and product development teams to help improve our offerings. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and contracts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
