What you will do
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth (in pomorskie, kujawsko - pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie region)Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potentialProvide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customersManage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulouslyAdhere to compliance and the principles of responsibilityParticipate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as requiredWhat you need
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales roleBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPointProven track record of achieving sales goalsKnowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies and product demonstrationsValid driver's licenseFluency in written and spoken English and PolishPreferred:
Medical related fields or B2B sales experienceExperience in clinical work environment3+ years’ sales experienceTravel Percentage: 80%
