Opis roli:

W ramach powierzonych zadań będziesz uczestniczył w procesie pozyskiwania, przetwarzania i analizy informacji dotyczących projektów deweloperskich.

Praca na stanowisku obejmuje:

Prowadzenie wywiadów telefonicznych w celu pozyskiwania informacji o inwestycjach mieszkaniowych, bieżący monitoring rynku mieszkaniowego,Pozyskiwanie informacji na temat planowanych inwestycji mieszkaniowych oraz terenów inwestycyjnych,Wprowadzanie do bazy pozyskanych danych na temat inwestycji mieszkaniowych,Weryfikacja skali działalności deweloperskiej w wybranych miastach i regionach,Analiza działań promocyjnych i marketingowych dla wybranych projektów deweloperskich,Udział w targach mieszkaniowych.
