VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 2-3 days a week at the Washington Navy Yard.

The Junior Program Analyst will support the current team and work on Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) management and tracking.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills. They should be willing to learn, rolling up their sleeves to support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time CDRL distribution list updates Aid in tracking, identifying and scheduling CDRL submittals/changes, and the parent Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) Generate CDRL performance metrics and statistics for multiple contracts and events Review Data Monitor CDRL comment due dates and any modifications to current contracts Identify, develop, and/or suggest process improvements to enhance overall data quality Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures Maintain a record of original and corrected data with respect to program’s CDRLs and subsequently develop and execute data clean up measures

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred 0-4 years of relevant experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills Meticulous attention to detail in document review and quality assurance Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment with team members in multiple locations A proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges Ability to learn quickly on the job and carry out tasking with minimal guidance Proficiency with MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Active DoD Secret Clearance


Salary Range for this Position: $65,000– $85,000 annually.

 

This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
