Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for development.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing for successful
launches.
4. Gather and prioritize requirements to guide product development.
5. Define product features, specifications, and user stories to meet
needs.
6. Monitor performance, collect feedback, and analyze data for
improvements.
7. Support creation of product documentation and training materials.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

2 - 6 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Utilize market research techniques and tools to understand customer
needs and market trends.
2. Leverage familiarity with product management software such as Jira
and Aha!.
3. Apply knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for effective
product development.
4. Analyze data and translate insights into actionable product features.
5. Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address
product challenges and opportunities.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
7. Use various product management tools to support product development
and tracking.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
