Certifications: Relevant certifications can enhance qualifications, such as: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library); Six Sigma (white belt or yellow); PMP (Project Management Professional); Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or other relevant Microsoft certificationsExperience: Practical experience in IT process management, business process reengineering, or a related area is often required. This can include internships, co-op programs, or previous job roles.Technical Training: Training in specific tools and technologies relevant to the role, such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and other process automation tools.Continuous Learning: Ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and courses to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
