Minimum Requirements Qualifications + Certifications: Relevant certifications can enhance qualifications, such as: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library); Six Sigma (white belt or yellow); PMP (Project Management Professional); Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or other relevant Microsoft certifications + Experience: Practical experience in IT process management, business process reengineering, or a related area is often required.
