The Junior Pricing Analyst will play a vital role in maximizing revenue for the independent living division of the company. This position is essential as it encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including developing competitive pricing strategies for new communities and providing insightful status reports for our existing ones. Your contributions will directly impact our success and growth in this crucial area.

How you will make an impact:

Provide revenue modeling and annual recommendationsPrepares monthly status reports used to monitor community sales experience (days on market, sales price, available inventory)Prepares data used in analysis to support management decisions including: Competitive positioning,

macroeconomic indicators and real estate market trends and customer profiles

Recognizes opportunities for process improvements and brings to attention of Pricing Director.   Perform analysis establishing clear process performance objectivesPrepares reports to track key parameters and metrics to assess progress of change initiatives
