The professional will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing technical solutions, conducting presentations and demos, and ensuring that proposals meet both technical and commercial expectations. **Representative Responsibilities** Manage technical customer relationship, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts Lead account planning and opportunity identification; conduct opportunity prioritization. Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to generate & coordinate solutions **Interaction** Customer relationship skills and experience, to promote and enable a thorough understanding the customers’ business goals and objectives. The professional will be responsible for receiving customer needs, developing and configuring technical solutions, and ensuring that proposals meet both technical and commercial expectations. **Representative Responsibilities** + Support the sales team in creating technical configurations for the company’s projects. + Assist in identifying customer needs and ensuring that solutions meet project requirements. + Assist in presenting technical solutions and collaborating in adapting proposals for clients. + Provide support in configuring servers, networks, and other infrastructure needed for projects. **Interaction** + Collaborate with the sales team to ensure configurations meet customer expectations and objectives. + Help create simple and effective solutions, adapting communication for different audiences. **Problem** **Solving** + Assist in analyzing new situations and developing solutions for simple technical problems with support from more experienced team members. + Identify issues and contribute to finding suitable solutions. + Collaborate with the team to define action plans for implementing solutions. **Experience Requirements** : + Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, networking). + Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.). + Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers). + Ability to understand and help create technical solutions for different types of clients. + Good communication skills, with the ability to translate technical needs into accessible language for customers. + Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, Hyper-V, etc.) and backup solutions. + Ability to work in a team, with a focus on collaboration with sales and engineering teams. + Certifications in IT infrastructure (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are desirable but not essential. + Previous experience in technical support or related IT infrastructure roles is a plus. **Differentials** : + Basic knowledge of cloud computing solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). + Technical certifications or experience with cloud IT solutions. + Experience in delivering technical presentations to corporate clients. **Requirements** : + Bachelor’s degree + Able to work in a hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office). **Additional Locations** : * Brazil * Brazil
