Responsibilities: + Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient use of our platforms. + Quickly and effectively respond to and resolve technical incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability. + Triage and manage tickets with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. + Work with vendors to manage and implement new feature requests, enhancing the functionality and user experience of our platforms. + Provide technical assistance and support to end users, addressing their questions and helping them navigate our supported platforms. + Package and deploy software updates and upgrades as needed. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate our platforms with other systems as necessary. + Manage and remediate vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with Vanguard policies and SLAs. + Maintain and organize documentation for our platforms and applications, including runbooks, procedures, and user-facing guides. + Stay informed about latest technologies and conduct research to identify potential new solutions and/or alternatives. + Ensure all processes and technologies meet our high standards for application security, including robust user authentication (SSO). Qualifications: + Minimum of three years related work experience. + Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. + Proficiency in Jira. + Strong understanding of incident management and end user support. + Experience with system integration and deployment processes. + Experience with Desktop Packaging and SCCM Deployments. + Familiarity with application security processes and user authentication (SSO). + Familiarity with AWS and/or supporting 3rd party applications in AWS. + Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and concise runbooks and user guides. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve technical issues. + Ability to think outside the box and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
