This position reports to
Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tYou will participate in monthly close procedures and support result analysis.•\tYou will prepare analysis key metrics and organize performance reviews with operational business partners. (productivity, cost, margin, cash improvement)•\tYou will review balance sheet positions; evaluate risk exposure (aging) and implement actions plans to mitigate the risks (inventory E&O; AR overdue; AP aging; Fixed assets CIP aging)•\tYou will support costing and production variance analysis. •\tYou will be supporting the financial planning process (analyzing actual and variances, budgeting and forecasting)•\tYou will support Operations and collaborate with various departments to drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall financial performance of the Factory.•\tYou will implement and execute internal control processes in line with Group requirements, ensuring internal control processes are covering business risks effectively.
Qualifications for the roleMaster Degree in Finance or Accounting or Bachelor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, and/or Costing & Analysis background.Manufacturing experience is a plus.Previous ERP experience is a plus. (SAP highly desirable) Costing experience is a plus.Advanced Excel, PowerBI is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentEager to advance career.
