Your Key Responsibilities

 

Handling customer requests in Salesforce Managing cases in Salesforce by creating them, enriching details, and assigning tickets to the appropriate queues Checking requests against production planning Communicating results to customers and closing cases once resolved Sending order confirmations upon request Supporting order changes, including cancellations and postponements Checking order confirmations using the AB-Monitor Requesting proof of delivery Your Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree Ideally, some initial professional experience (e.g., internships) in Customer Service Proficiency with MS Office tools Good English language skills, with German being an asset Basic experience in SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Fast learning abilities Our Offer
