Junior Manager - Devices Operations
Your role in a nutshell:
The Junior Manager within the Device Operations function will ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives set for the unit by elaborating implementation methods and coordinating the work of the unit, under the direction of a local top manager. They will establish policies and procedures in their area, deliver the agreed service levels and meet the defined KPIs, team deliverables and timelines. They will manage an area without Team Leaders, coach and manage the team. Acts as SPOC to key stakeholders for inquiries and escalations.

What you'll do:
Decides about resource planning.Manages a mixed team of professionals/simple routine jobs.Communicates to higher levels.Breaks down the change plan to an annual action plan and drives execution using available resources efficiently and effectively.Translates strategic goals into relevant processes; makes sure that relevant processes and documentation are followed by setting controls and targets; in charge of stakeholder management and escalation point.Empowers teams to challenge the status quo and to utilize available CPI tools, techniques and channels for Process Improvement, beside own ideasActs as a role model and being responsible for strengthening control environment framework by monitoring the fulfilment of compliance requirements.
