The Junior IT Operations Support Analyst is a 3 month, temporary position that will be a part of a team responsible for maintaining hardware for employees and our production systems.  This role will be onsite at our Philadelphia HQ and will interact with the IT support team, reporting to the IT Support Manager.You Will:Triage hardware issues, and prepare hardware to be sent back to the fieldWipe laptopsAssist other IT teams, as time permits, on more complex projects
You Have:Knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and AndroidKnowledge of Incident Management Platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice)Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts (Intune, JAMF, KACE)Familiarity with with hardware asset managementAbility to learn and pick up concepts quicklyDetailed-oriented, aware of secondary effects resulting from changesExperience working both independently or as part of a project groupConfidence in making wise decisions on your own within generally defined parametersAdeptness in investigating problems outside your own knowledge areaStrong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skillsMust possess a positive and professional attitudeExperience working with virtual/remote staff membersBenefits: We want to help our employees stay safe and healthy!
