Junior IT Desktop Support Technician

Primary Resource Responsibilities:
IT Hardware & Maintenance support Software and User support Video/Audio Communication Support (end user webex client) SCCM configuration and support Encryption Configurations on endpoints Backup Configuration on endpoints Anti-Virus (Trend) setup and support Undertake to perform an effective and efficient help desk services on behalf the I.T department to RDM Undertake to perform administrative tasks to the Information Technology Manager and the department Willing to work out-of-hours to support staff Assist with administrative duties
Academic Qualifications:
Matric A+ & N+ Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems Endpoint protection advantageous Extensive knowledge in MS Office Video conferencing & Audio Surveillance equipment and technology Competencies / Skills :
Experience and exposure to Operating Systems (Desktop distributions) Exceptional Troubleshooting skills Exceptional communication Skills (Written and Oral Communication) Be able to grow through experience and learn fast and adapt Excellent problem solving Team player, but must absolute be able to function as an individual Mature and highly professional Exceptional in analytical thinking and troubleshooting Must be able to work under pressure
Applicable Experience:
1-2 Years’ experience as a 1st line technician
