Your role in a nutshell: 

 

As an HR Advisor, your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end process of VISA and work permit issuance, ensuring compliance with all requirements and supporting employees through their journey. Additionally, you will provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via chat and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. The role also involves performing day-to-day administration tasks supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes. 

 

 

What you’ll do:


 

 

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of VISA and work permit processes, including applications, renewals and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors.  Provide advice/ transactional service via chat or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes. Register queries in the appropriate systems. Use a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate. Provide consistent advice and information, manages the resolution of queries against defined service levels; forward those he/ she cannot resolve. Responsibility for certain end-to-end HR processes (some of the following: payroll process, maternity process, relocation process, leaver process, time sheet collection, preparation of certificates of employment/ pay, distribution/ collection of documents in connection with income tax declarations of employees, administration of occupation health screenings). Work with the appropriate systems and processes (Knowledge Base, SAP, myHR portal, systems of the payroll provider). 

 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

 

experience in managing VISA and work permit processes, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation basic knowledge on HR systems, resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development business awareness computer skills (MS Office, ERP) fluent English additional language (basic, desired) communication skills cross-cultural sensitivity (desired) attention to detail
