Airswift is seeking a Junior Geologist to work on a Contractor position for 1 year in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.

Responsabilities:

Working with the Senior Geologist to support in country exploration team activities ANP compliance: well reports, post well analysis, sample/analysis tracking (including export samples) and report submission Well data correction: interact with service provider to get corrections done and in accordance with ANP technical opinion Samples storage management (new well) and potential new ANP activities (ANP requests to access bp well data) Back up for ANP/SISO system – incident reporting and DPP (general reports) Supporting other government interfaces as required

Requirements:

 

Strong technical background in the oil & gas industry Bachelor’s degree in either geology or Engineering Previous experience working with ANP systems is preferred Excellent communication skills Fluent / Advanced English (speak, read, and write), with ability to interact with foreign teams.
