Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative and contractual aspects for the organisation & financial institutions. Provide expert F&I services to customers, identifying their financial and insurance needs. Offer specialized finance and insurance products to achieve profitable sales. Ensure accurate finance and insurance application forms and transaction releases. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. Monitor compliance with all F&I legislation and dealership policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance products and industry regulations. Oversee the completion of aftermarket invoicing and warranties. Requirements:
Grade 12 with RE5, NCA, and Class of Business qualifications. Financial degree or working towards one (preferred). Previous F&I experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
