THE ROLE

It’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity with our wholesale, franchise and licensing team. Known internally as WFLE, our dynamic team continues to massively grow this area of our business each year, through continued strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day. And with innovating new licensing deals, we are introducing new and exciting products to our customers, helping us to broaden our demographics and become a household name.

This year is the biggest yet and we're now looking for a junior digital wholesale account executive who will support our team and help them to deliver rapid growth. This key role is essential to building on and further supporting our digital wholesale partners as we continue to expand this fast moving channel within our business. A great opportunity for someone with experience working with account management and partner relations and with a passion for fashion and looking for their next step in their wholesale career.

Working within our wholesale, franchise and licensing team, the junior digital wholesale account executive will support the growth and partnerships of our digital wholesale accounts, with a focus on driving sales, hitting revenue targets and building on partner relationships. Reporting to the Digital Partnerships Manager digital wholesale account manager, you will have accountability on allocations, order book management and maximising on opportunities across all categories, reviewing and analysing sales performance to seek opportunities for growth, across UK and international digital partner accounts.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Support in the day to day management of digital wholesale partner accountsWeekly/Monthly business meeting with digital partners to review performancesSupport with the market organisation; prepare business snapshots prior to market week, take partner orders during market and consolidate feedback, order entry to preparing and sending order confirmationsSupport with new partner account set up and accountability for the end to end process and link with the DC for all compliance and shipping requirementsForecast and projections by account to support in-season reorder businessManagement of the wholesale free stock & proactive approach inventory management to drive sell through and reduce stock liabilityWeekly shipping report & ownership of shipping process with the DCCompile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and commentsAdhere to our brand value and team ethos of ‘the customer is the boss’ and aim to always be the favourite brand to work with for our digital wholesale partners WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?Strong organisational and communication skills and meticulous attention to detailExperience working within a fast paced environment as a junior account executive or sales administrator with an experience of the UK/EU wholesale marketGood analytical skillsIT proficient with strong knowledge of Excel / Google sheetsFlexible and adaptive to changing prioritiesExceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross functional workingPassion for the brand and the industry that we work withinTeam player ABOUT THE LOCATION
