Your New Role...

DEVELOPMENT

Reviewing and evaluating development materials & scripts according to strategy

Giving feedback and notes on Original Productions in development

Preparing pitch documents by giving detailed information on current projects and collecting necessary information from producers

Market observation and evaluation of target groups, originate new ideas and trends

Organizing weekly submission meetings within the team, preselecting suitable pitches according to strategy, giving advice on pitch ideas and handling content feedback with production companies

Assisting in any other aspects as required

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Supporting VP and Director in managing company’s original productions

Communicating and sharing information with internal and external contact persons in all phases of production

Suggest, watch and evaluate castings

Giving joint feedback during postproduction on cuts and music

Attending production events, set visits and press events

Qualifications & Experience...

Experience in script-editing, development and/or production of TV drama

Passionate, openminded, organized & efficient

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

Extensive knowledge of the TV/Streaming industry

Experienced in fulfilling production and content tasks

Excellent in English, written and spoken
