As a new P&G Junior Communications Manager you will be responsible for:

Leading and implementing communication strategies that enhance and protect P&G's reputation, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications

Education: Graduation in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.

Communication Skills: Passionate about Communications, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Experience: proven experience in Communications, including internal, executive communication and crisis management.

Leadership and Teamwork: sense of leadership, ownership and collaboration

Critical and Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct critical analyses and develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of communication initiatives.

Creativity and Innovation: A strong capacity to create and innovative while developing communication strategies that stand out in the market.

Agility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to challenging scenarios and work in a dynamic environment.
