As a Junior Claims Executive, you’ll join an encouraging and forward-thinking team, where we provide you with the tools, training, and encouragement to succeed.

We are passionate about delivering outstanding service to our clients, and in this role, you will learn the fundamentals of claims management while contributing to our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating: Work closely with clients, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth handling of claims.

Learning: Develop a deep understanding of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures.

Supporting: Assist in investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims under the mentorship of expert team members.

Building: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and presentations on claims performance.

Contributing: Provide administrative support to senior team members and play an active role in team projects.

Growing: Participate in regular training and development sessions to sharpen your knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For in You:

A passion for learning and developing new skills in insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with our team and clients.

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.

Passion and a proactive attitude to solve challenges head-on.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus, but we’ll guide you through anything new.

A dedication to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

What You’ll Bring:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

A levels (desirable, but not crucial).

No prior experience in insurance is required—we’ll provide full training to set you up for success!
