Job Description

Supporting the team to manage the finance operations of 60 Accor Invest Hotels in Eastern Europe.

Reporting and Analysis:

Consolidate hotel results on regional level during month end closing.Prepare comments on monthly results to highlight topics of concern.Support in annual budget preparation for the assigned region.Communicate deadlines and reporting requirements to stakeholders.

Business Partner to Operations:

Business partner to designated Regional Director of Operations (VPOM).Prepare Business Plan and forecasts for hotels.Review prepared Business Plan together with Operations for submission to owner.Support and challenge Operations in analysis of hotel performance, highlight and request potential areas of improvement.Support Operations in ad-hoc requests to run an analysis or a simulation.Provide guidance and training on how Operations can review their hotels’ performance better (i.e. benchmarking).

Data Quality and Technical functions:

Maintain existing tools and continue to improve or create new reports or tools.In charge of data quality of assigned hotels, manually correct interfaced data to ensure correct results and KPI's are reported.Constantly review data flow from interfaces to find inconsistencies, liaise with functional team to communicate needs by team.Conduct trainings to hotels on how to use tools.

 


Qualifications
University degree of Finance.Hospitality background will be an added value.Fluent English and Polish (verbal and written).Very good analytical and communication skills.Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Powerpoint) on high level.OneStream knowledge is appreciated.Ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure.
