Minimum requirements:
Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential MUST - Industrial Engineer degree or relevant Business Analysis qualification Knowledge of the payments industry would be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office 2 years minimum relevant experience in Business Analyst/software marketing/product management experience To liaise among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the company To recommend solutions that enable organisations to achieve its goals and provide continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications Assist with project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning Assist with implementation of end-to-end roadmap framework/blueprint Assist with implementation of requirements per project/product based on blueprint/framework Assist with project deliverables/Milestones per the project development roadmap Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes Documentation of systems and enhancements and internal training To conduct market research in specific identified target markets and to establish a market need and business case for specialized product offerings To assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products To provide internal and external training
