Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Provides first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O by resolving operational and logistics issues, handling tier 1 tickets, assigning higher-tier tickets, and supporting regression testing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Solves users’ challenges within operations and logistics modules and works on the day-to-day tier 1 tickets relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Acts as first level of support to collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and functional support for operations and finance related issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Assigns tier 2 and tier 3 tickets to team members depending on the level of support required.Supports the D365 regression testing and trains users on new functionalities and enhancements.Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.Performs other duties as they might be assigned.Regular, full-time attendance during scheduled hours. This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the candidate.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, finance, or business2 year experience supporting finance and operations modules in ERP systems with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O or a combination of different ERP systems along with D365. Background in finance is a plus

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D36Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create/update workflowsSemi-local to Killeen, TX, Kitchener, Ontario, CAN, Chandler, Arizona or willingness to travel a couple of weeks a month to cities where our offices are located Job Footer (US)
