You will support the team in managing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, acquiring and applying your knowledge in the retail or transport sector. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in understanding and improving business processes. + Translate business requirements into technological solutions. + Participate in customer and business operations workshops, including sessions with senior management and operational staff. + Work within Agile project teams, supporting the Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders + Participate in mentoring and team-building activities **Personal Attributes:** + Basic understanding of business analysis principles. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Eagerness to learn and develop within the role. + Experience in working in a digital/technological role + Contribute to business development and practice development. + Some experience or knowledge in the IT, digital, retail or transport sector is a plus.
