**Responsibilities**
+ **Visual Concept Development:**
+ Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine **innovative visual concepts** for integrated marketing campaigns.
+ Interpret and bring creative briefs to life through effective visual storytelling.
+ **Design and Layout:**
+ Design and produce **TV ads and storyboards, print ads, digital ads, digital and social media assets** .
+ Ensure all designs are **on-brand, visually engaging, and align with campaign objectives** .
+ **Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with copywriters and other team members to develop **integrated, cohesive creative work** .
+ Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative input.
+ **Feedback and Refinement:**
+ Adapt visuals based on **feedback from senior creatives and clients** to achieve the best possible outcomes.
+ Maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all projects.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field** .
+ **1–3 years of experience** in art direction or graphic design (agency experience preferred).
+ **Portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and visually impactful work** .
+ roficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
+ Strong understanding of **design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout** .
+ Ability to work in a **collaborative team environment** and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
