Your Key Responsibilities

 

Processing full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management and AR master data management Maintaining credit limits for each customer in the system complying with Credit Insurance company and Bank Guarantees Applying and checking credit limits Reviewing & releasing daily delivery blocks Daily monitoring of payments Collection of all outstanding items due on assigned accounts Dispute management - differentiation and discrepancies Preparing a variety of credit and collection documentation Other receivables activities such as invoices/credit notes check, recharges, collections calls, dunning preparation Reconciliation and analysis of account balances during month end process Interaction with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents Support internal control testing and preparation of relevant documentation Support the transition of local AR processes to the service center

 

Your Qualifications

 

Master's degree or technical accounting high school   Up to 1 year of professional experience Financial or collection processes experience is an asset  First experiences in a Financial Shared Service Center for a global company is an asset    Proficient in business Polish, English and German, written and spoken Preliminary knowledge of SAP FI, scanning and workflow technology   Extensive knowledge of MS Office   Being a team player with ability to collaborate in purpose to deliver quality and timely Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, customer orientation  Openness for continuous improvement, willingness to come up and address innovative Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, openness for feedback  Openness to offer on-the-job support for other team
