Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a local organization in the search for a Junior Accountant to join their team. This role reports directly to the controller and will have duties related to both AP and AR invoicing. Candidates will also process both internal expense reports and perform credit card reconciliations for corporate accounts. This is an on-site position based in their Washington DC headquarters. Job Responsibilities

Full cycle AP invoicing: keying in line items, assigning GL codes, processing ACH / Wire transfer paymentsManaging AR aging report, processing incoming invoices, handling any physical depositsProcess expense reports and reimbursements for internal employeesHandle assigned account reconciliations, including both credit card and bank reconciliaitonsAssist in the generation of financial reports and the overall month-end processProvide administrative support to facilitate needs of the office manager and the accounting / finance teamAdditional duties as requested F7649019-SB_1739568567 To Apply for this Job Click Here
