Main Purpose of the Role
This role is to support finance with reconciliation of all store point of sale transactions and eCommerce transactions to the bank-
bank reconciliations and monthly journals, assist with month end or quarterly reports, voucher reconciliation and management of expired vouchers.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Statements for both SA and NA Retail errors Customer refunds and EFT Clearing account reconciliation NA Bank reconcilations Invoicing Sales orders for online Online Manual orders Voucher queries (Balances and History) Voucher queries (Expired) Redeem Voucher Journals Stock correction Journals – Damages and customer replacements Online Bank reconciliations (Paygate, Payflex, Zapper, SnapScan, Mobicredit) Weekly Discovery redemption report Weekly Invoicing NA Stock receive Exceptional Income Reconciliations Store taking balances and correction journal for both SA and NA Over / Unders Write to Discount Marketing / barter transactions Voucher control Invoicing eBucks and Investec sales orders Goods Shipped not Invoiced recons and Stock Split Expense and Recharge Sales Order Salary journals and bonus accrual Customer creation and or amendments Bank Voucher payment journals Customer account matching Retail Calculation Retail Store budget Retail Error Report and Financial statement variances report Accounts Payable Internal Audit Assisting with Yearly Audit Skills & Qualifications
Accounting Degree / Diploma / N6 equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer Literate – Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced) Acquired Skills re: Statistics, Sales and Consumer behavior Time management Problem solving The successful candidate will work with the Finance Office and Retail
