Your Role

The Finance Supervisor will be actively involved in developing and improving the current Accounting to Reporting processes and reports for the management team and supporting and standardization. The continuously changing business requirements must be translated into transparent reporting deliverables. Furthermore, assisting Business Controller in the analysis of consolidated results. Ensure the smooth operation of the daily business and to protect company's assets.

Job Description,

Performing Month End Closing and Group reporting, assist the Business Controller with account analysis to ensure financial statement accuracy.

Work closely with the team to build up BS reconsiliation, organize monthly accounting schedule analysis review meeting and follow up closely on the outstanding items.

Leading and Supporting the statutory report, tax issues, internal and external audit.

Safeguard that reporting procedures are in line with "The way we do things" as well as local laws and regulations, that red flags are highlighted and that an open communication with internal and external parties is maintained.

Building standard and efficient process in Accounting to Reporting and other related process.

Proactively participate in the company financial forecast and planning process including the 1MF/3MF/12MF/3YF process and cash flow forecast.

Coordinate the implementation of ERP and relevant system go-live.

Developing analytical tools to improve work efficiency.

Assisting in resolving any operational issue and raise the red flag.

Ad hoc reports and projects required by Business Controller.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirment

Four years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience.Experience with the workings of the statutory and tax requirements.MS Excel, PowerPoint required. PowerBI experience is a plus.Knowledge of ERP systems. Intermediate knowledge on SAP will be a plus.Well written and spoken English. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese.

Educational requiements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance/Business Administration strongly preferred.Professional qualification or significant progress toward qualification will be a great added advantage.PRC basic accounting license.

Personality requirements

Well-organized, with great attention to details.Maintain an open mind and confident when working with co-workers to learn new approaches.Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.Solid and effective communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.Good business relationship builder - team player.Willingness to learn and have an interest in operation and business.
